Every member of our organization has multiple years of individual "real

globe. For clients using MRP systems we identify the changes required
to their system, so it can be modified to complement the new Lean Flow
techniques being utilized on the production floor. At the completion of
every Lean Flow implementation a copy of the line design and Kanban sizing
tools used are left at the facility for the client to use for future reference.
This allows the client to update the data as changes occur.
Our Audit Service offers customer the opportunity to have our experienced
consultants return to the implementation site to measure the success of
the initial implementation and to offer assistance for continuous improvement.
