FlowVision Lean Flow Line Design Workshop
This 2-day training prepares your employees for the implementation of
Lean Flow manufacturing. Our practical, hands-on workshop help students
assimilate the classroom discussions to allow for better understanding
of concepts. This training is a simulation of an actual implementation
of Lean Flow manufacturing.
A mixed-model product line is designed, configured and run "live."
