JOHN DENZEL JOINS FLOWVISION AS

CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

Dillon, CO. - January 24, 2008 - FlowVision®, LLC., a full service provider of Lean Manufacturing and Flow Manufacturing services, today announced that John Denzel has joined the company as chief executive officer. Mr. Denzel has extensive experience in the industry and is considered an expert in flow manufacturing and lean implementations. Most recently, Mr. Denzel was the president and chief operating officer at Ultratech, Inc. He is currently a member of the Board of Directors at Edmund Optics, an innovative supplier of optical components.
