The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Have at least 10 years experience in Lean and Flow Manufacturing along with a strong background in supply chain management
• Be comfortable presenting to corporate executives, as well as working along side shop floor employees
• Have project management skills that can lead a client through a Lean Flow Transformation
• Willing to travel extensively - domestically and internationally
• Multi-lingual is a definite plus - Spanish, Portuguese, French, Italian, German, Chinese
